Dancing

While dancing you get to enjoy music and exercise at the same time. There are a wide variety of dance genres and you will surely find the one that suits you. Dancing also increases self-confidence, mobility and mental well-being. Remember that you don’t have to be rhythmic and flexible in order to be able to practice dancing. Feel the rhythm and get to know new people at the same time.
